Our work on this issue continues.We've further identified that the cause relates to a missing data field in our email validation system, which has been causing messages to be incorrectly blocked. We’ve developed and deployed a fix that is currently being rolled out across our infrastructure. We expect the fix to be fully deployed within the hour, when testing and validation will begin.The fix is expected to restore email services to all impacted users. We'll provide an update once the deployment is complete and we've confirmed service restoration.

We continue to experience SMS delivery failures on Du and Etisalat Network in United Arab Emirates. We have identified that this incident is only impacting a subset of Alphanumeric Sender IDs. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
